Five Minute Friday-Hope

The word today is Hope.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that
you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. … Romans 15:13

When I think of the word hope, I feel an immediate connection with God. God is the author and finisher of our faith. He instills within me a sense of hope.  The verse about declares that God fills you with joy and peace. The condition to be filled with joy and peace is to trust him, then the verse says that we can overflow with hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

I want to overflow with hope, I want to be an encouragement, and I want to be hopeful in my own life.

Are you filled with hope? If not, will you go to God and ask for hope as it is stated in Romans 15:13.

Father God, fill me up with hope. Fill the person reading this with hope. Give each of joy and peace. Blessings Diana
