From back row to front row

From the back row to the front row is the prompt from Suzi this week. She shares, “sometimes God pushes you into the front row when you are perfectly satisfied with the back row. It might be talking to someone, or praying for them. It might be taking the lead to be healthy in an unhealthy dynamic. It could be that he shines the light on your story so others will find him. For those of you who love the front row — because God made you that way — maybe you want to be in the front row and you’re not there, and it’s hard. I’ll tell you where I believe God is leading me. I want to define that “front row.” It’s not where the spotlight is, but a front row seat to watch God work and how that makes me happy to be front row/back row/in the aisle. What are your thoughts, beautiful ‪#‎livefree‬ friends?”

Beloved, satisfied with where God has you? I trust that where I am is where God plans for me whether it is in the back row or the front row. You see God is at work every day and He invites us to join in the work He is already doing all that He needs is for us to be willing.

I do remember ten years ago or so, I was in the back row as a member of the class and I really wanted to be a leader of the class. I still do not know why I was not asked to be a leader but I can remember feeling bad that I was not asked. I do not know why I really wanted to be in the front row as a leader.

Shortly after that I was asked to be in the front row by being in leadership in a different bible study. I have served in leadership and currently are in several leadership roles online.

Lastly, I was in front row in my career but have accepted a back row position as I am close to retiring. Today I want to be front row, back row or in the aisle, where ever God wants me to serve. and my I want to be free to serve Him. I love watching how he orchestrates the music of serving God.

Beloved are you more comfortable in the back or the front seat serving God? How do you like to serve God?

Thank you for sharing your story on Suzie’s page. I am happy to be your partner. I think I like being in the front, but I am working on trusting God in the back! 😉

Another beautiful post by you, my beautiful friend! I want to be in whichever row God desires. Front, back, middle, I just want to be willing to do what He desires. No. Matter. What. I am still a work in progress, but I am learning to let Him guide me. 🙂 ❤

Dear Rachelle, I agree, It really does not matter as long as we serve. Blessings Diana
