GROW

So if you cannot do such a small thing, why do you worry about the rest? Consider how the lilies grow: They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not evenSolomon in all his glory was adorned likeone of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith!…  Luke 12: 26-28

How do the lilies and the wild flowers grow? Driving to work, I travel through an agricultural area known as San Pasqual Valley. The soil is so rich, strawberries grow but what strikes me is the beauty of the wild flowers that grow at random. Beloved, we have a God that takes care of the lilies, we need to invest in our growth. Do not worry. Read God’s word. Pray. Blessings.

 

I am loved by God, the alpha, the omega, the beginning, the end. According to the Bible, I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am a saint who sometimes sins. I believe that Jesus is God's son and that He died on the cross to give me eternal life. I am married to my high school sweet heart Doug. I have been blessed by two adult sons Randy and Dale, who are married and I have six grandchildren Christian, Seth, Ethan, Hunter, Sabrina and Emerson. I became a nurse as an adult. I have had an amazing career and give all the glory to God.

    One of my fave things in ND is watching the wild flowers grow. The state flower is the prairie rose (a wildflower) I’m visiting from FMF where I’m in the #4 spot.
