Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.  Philippians 4: 6-7

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Isaiah 26:3

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27

As I write to you tonight, my week filled with many errands as my husband continues to recover from his knee replacement. I realize how spoiled I am by my husband. So tonight I am totally thankful for all that he does for me so that I can write.

I wanted you to know that I appreciate each one of you for reading my blog. The comments this year are kind. Receiving feedback makes my day.

What are some of your favorite memories of Thanksgiving? My mother was a wonderful cook and she made the best cornbread dressing. We had great family gatherings? We were poor but we never knew we were poor. Our family was happy.

Beloved, you are important. I picked the above verses for you to let you know that even though the world does not seem peaceful after the recent events in Paris, we have Peace in God this Thanksgiving. Thank your for being faithful to read my blog.

I love and adore you. One of my fondest memories as a child of Thanksgiving is getting up to the smell of the turkey already cooking and watching the parade on TV.
