“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
I think taking a nap is one of the my favorite things to do any day of the weeks. I love a cold room so that I can cover up. Sometimes, all I need is twenty minutes but an hour is such a luxary. Do you like taking a nap? Jesus knew our bodies needs rest to replenish our bodies. The type of help that is mentioned in the above verse is perhaps from emotional pain. Jesus is the answer to emotional pain. He gives us rest. He gives us results. He even gives us a chance to rewind if we need to restart our situation.
“Six days you shall labor, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even during the plowing season and harvest you must rest. Exodus 34: 21
