Psalm 139

    Birthday’s

    Beautiful seascape. Composition of nature.

Moon light shining bright, the car speeds toward Mooreland, Oklahoma. The car lights not working, finally arriving at the hospital, my dad ushers my mom into the hospital, shortly afterwards I am born.

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand—when I awake, I am still with you. Psalm 139: 13-18

David tells us in Psalm 139 that God saw our unformed body, He knit us together. Does it bring you comfort to know that God knows all the days that he ordains for each of us? How precious are His thoughts. Spending time at the beach, the sand is warm and fine. Just think God’s thoughts of us are as many as that warm sand on the sea. God never leaves us.

Beloved, on your birthday, it is a day to look back and then look forward and see what are your goals?  C.S. Lewis, ” We are never too old to set a new goal or dream a new dream.”

My goals as a Jesus girl this summer. There is a study through Proverbs 31 ministry.com. I will co lead a study on David with Shannan Williams for Love God Greatly.com. I will continue to write. I will be helping with a book launch Hope Prevails. Also, I will be going to She Speaks this Summer.

Beloved, what are your goals and plans?

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
