If I were to think of the things I have learned over the years there would be so many things to write down. For example, in school from being in kndergarden to being a senior in highschool each day we learned a new concept. Also, I learned how to be a student, a friend, and then a girlfriend these were lesons along the way. Significant people in my life from my mother I learned to love and be loved, to know God and Jesus, and to pray. My maternal grandmother taught me to love God, to tithe, to sew and cook, and to never learn how to clean catfish. That is right, she taught all of her granddaughter to never learn how to clean catfish. My father is still preaching at the age of 90, so I learned there is no retirment from God’s work. Each pastor I have listened to I have learned how to study the bible, and how to love, live, and serve God. As a nurse, from the patients I meet along the way, I have learned there is much courage in coping with illness. From my Heavenly Father, I am learning that He is love, goodness, and mercy. His mercies are new every morning. He is good all the time and all the time He is good. He is love and we love because He first loved us. As I continue daily to learn about life’s lessons, I could continue to write but then I would go over my five minutes.  Are you living, laughing and filling your life with God’s love. I sure hope so. What are you learning today?
