The book of Ruth is one of my favorite books in the bible with the story of a redeemer. The story is well-known and the verses I am sharing to bring notice to Ruth is in Chapter 2: 19

Her mother-in-law asked her, “Where did you glean today? Where did you work? Blessed be the man who took notice of you!” Then Ruth told her mother-in-law about the one at whose place she had been working. “The name of the man I worked with today is Boaz,” she said.”

Ruth beautiful her hair glistening in the son, Boaz a mature man willing to do the right thing offers her marriage, Ruth become the mother of Obed, the father to Jesse, the father to our King David–Jesus. Do you notice how God pays attention to detail? Naomi and her husband moved because of a famine. Perhaps, notice they run ahead of God’s timing but in the tragedy of the death of her husband she gains a loyal daughter-in-law and God redeems her by bringing her back to Israel. the marriage to Boaz restores her family heritage and notice her purpose in life restored.

Ruth gives notice of her devotion to Naomi in Ruth 1: 16-17

But Ruth replied, “Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord deal with me, be it ever so severely, if even death separates you and me.”
