Who designed your house? Perhaps you are in an apartment, and there was a contractor responsible for your apartment building. We just moved into our retirement home. We ordered the plans off of Pinterest. But there was a designer that posted those plans on Pinterest. God is my master designer. He designed me to be who I am. I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
God is the Master Designer.
“He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers—all of them skilled workers and designers.” Exodus 35:35 NIV
Beloved, God is the Master Designer. He created the world, and He created man in his image as we read in Genesis 1.
Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them. Genesis 1: 26-27.
We see another master design when God gave Noah the blueprint of the ark. The ark had one door to enter. God has given us one way to enter.
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Revelation 3:20.
Many could have been saved from the floodwaters, but they refused to believe in the master’s plan, to enter the ark of salvation.
Many today are perishing because they refuse to believe that Jesus is the one way. Read with me in John 14.
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6. NIV
Just as our home was built from a plan, God has a design for you. He is building you a home in heaven and wants you to occupy it.
May I say this one more time, God has designed you, beloved friend,

God wants to spend eternity with you by forgiving you of your sins. Will you accept the only way into the ark is through Jesus Christ?
God is forgiving, abounding in love to all who calls to Him. He designed you with a vacuum in your heart that only He can fill. However, there will be a day when He closes the door just as He did in the days of Noah. Beloved, Jesus is coming again; today is the day of salvation.
Father God, thank You for being our design to desire You. Thank You that only You can fill the God vacuum in our hearts. Thank You for our eternal destination that You are designing our perfect home. Lord I pray for the one reading this today that they will accept You and ask You to forgive the sins that separate. May she ask Jesus to be her Savior today. In Jesus name. Amen.
