    31 Day Writings

Does God say everyone will kneel?

Does God say everyone will kneel?

Today is day 12 of 31 glimpses at God’s beauty. And our word is everyone. The definition of everyone is every person, and the word is in the Bible 198 times. Additionally, the word everyone is in the Bible 920 times. Probably the most profound verse of the Bible is found in Romans,

For it is written: “As I live, says the LordEvery knee shall bow to Me, And every tongue shall confess to God.” Romans 14:11.

    Be You

Beloved, Oscar Wilde said, “Be yourself: Everyone else is already taken.” We are unique to God, and He desires that everyone shall come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Hoping for each one of us to be a unique individual so much, so He gave us our fingerprints–as no one else has, and He gave us traits that make us unique and special.

    Relationship

Sweet friend, God created us to be in a relationship with Him. Therefore, we, in His image, are creative human beings. Each one of us has a God-vacuum in our hearts that only He can fill.

Just like the beauty that surrounds us, the flowers, skies, trees, the very air we breathe created by God is for our enjoyment and to draw us into a relationship with Him.

Adopted by God, when we accept Christ as our savior, we become a coheir with Christ. All of us need to acknowledge that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and we need to ask Him to forgive us of our sins. Making Him Lord of your life is the most critical decision you will ever make.

Beloved, remember, the choice is ours. Romans 3:23 says all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God–this means everyone.

Father God, I pray for anyone who has not asked Jesus to be their savior that today will be the day of salvation. In Jesus’s name, Amen.

The sinner’s prayer: Father God, I am a sinner, I have made many mistakes, I ask for Your forgiveness, and I acknowledge that Jesus is Your Son and that he died on the cross to pay for my sins. I accept him as my savior, and I am making him Lord over my life. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen

Will you make Jesus the most important person in your life?
