Lily of the Valley
God’s Attribute
How do you describe God? Have you ever gone on a prayer walk with a friend? Have you ever prayed through the alphabet praising God?
I am in love with God. As a child, I learned so many hymns. One such hymn or chorus,
“He is the Lily of the Valley, the Bright and Morning Star. He is the Leader of Ten Thousand to soul”
When I look at creation, I see God. I see God as He paints the sky. I see God in a newborn child.
So many of the attributes describe God and Jesus.

I have found a friend in Jesus, He’s ev’rything to me,
He’s the fairest of ten thousand to my soul;
The Lily of the Valley, in Him alone I see
All I need to cleanse and make me fully whole:
In sorrow He’s my comfort, in trouble He’s my stay;

Through Jesus I shall safely reach the goal;

While I live by faith and do His blessed will;
A wall of fire about me, I’ve nothing now to fear,
With His manna He my hungry soul shall fill;
Then sweeping up to glory I’ll see His blessed face,
Where rivers of delight shall ever flow;
He’s the Lily of the Valley, the Bright and Morning Star,
He’s the fairest of of thousand ten to my my soul.
Father God, I praise you and thank you for all that you do in my life. Lord, I ask that you surround those reading this with your love. Lord I ask that each person hunger and thirst after you. I pray that each draw near to you because you promise that those who draw near to you, you will draw near to her/him.
