Do you want to see Jesus? Do you know Jesus? Will you open your heart to the love of God?

God is Holy and Just.

Open is in the Bible 296 times, beloved, God wants you to open your heart to him.

Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law. Psalm 119: 18

Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the Lord: Psalm 119: 19

I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments. Psalm 119: 131.

Today, Psalm 119 opens up the Bible for us, it teaches us about the Word of God being so important.

There are so many themes in Psalm 119 however today focus on the three verses above.

Will you open your heart, your thoughts, your life to God?

Will you open your hand and hold lightly those He has given you, will you entrust them back to the Lord?

Open my heart Lord is my cry!

What is God asking you to open your heart? What is He asking you to open your hand?

Conclusion

Beloved, as you reflect on the word Open will you share with me what God is doing in your life?

Father God, I open my heart to You. I ask that I be a blessing today. I stand in awe of you and the fact that Jesus knocked on the door of my heart, and as I opened this door, He came in. I pray today for the one who is reluctant to open their hearts and hand. May they willing do so.

My life is in your hands.
