Good morning, beloved friends, God is good all the time and all the time God is good. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. By this time, you know that I love Jesus.
Bible Study Fellowship is studying Romans this year. We just finished Romans 3. I have always loved the Roman’s Roadway. The verses in Roman’s that one can use to present the gospel message. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23, leads us to Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[a] Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 5:8 states that God demonstrated his love in that while we were sinners Christ died for us. Romans 10:9, “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Just to mention a few.

Teaching
Beloved, have you accepted Jesus as your Savior? In Chapter 2 of Dr. David Jeremiah’s book, The Jesus You May Not Know, Dr. Jeremiah shares that Jesus is in the Old Testament. We read God’s plan in Genesis 3:15
And I will put enmity
between you and the woman,
and between your offspring[a] and hers;
he will crush[b] your head,
and you will strike his heel.”
We know that Jesus is prophesied in the Old Testament with many of the verses being in Isaiah.
For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
Dr. David Jeremiah assures us that knowing Jesus of the Old Testament revives our hearts, reassures our hearts, and restores our hope. Every prophecy was fulfilled about Jesus’s birth and death and resurrection. We only have the future prophecy left.
Dusty Road
This weekend I had the pleasure to pray with a patient and help her to believe that Jesus loves her. On the home front, I am having a good time with our little dog and cat. Our area has deer that camp in the hay field at night. Also, I met a man who asked me if Jesus was my Savior. The answer was Yes.
Conclusion
Who is God asking you to witness to? Are you brave like the man to ask the lady behind you at the grocery store, do you know Jesus? Remember He has the sweetest name we know.
Continue to pray for those struggling with health and finances. Father God, be with Carol, Carolyn, Lorie, please be with Colleen. Lord, I ask blessings for those reading my blog.
