28 Days Praying Prayers of King David

When you think of King David, much comes to your mind. After all, he was a shepherd, and his father Jesse had so many sons that when Samuel sought to anoint him as King, it was almost as though he had been forgotten; he was in the field tending his father’s sheep. Of course, everyone knows, he is the boy that kills the giant. His skills with a slingshot were outstanding. We know his idleness leads to an affair when he should have been fighting a war. He had many wives and children. He asked the Lord to build the temple but was denied. Yet, he is dearly loved by God.
Over the next twenty-eight days, we will incorporate a word and prayers from King David, the prayer may be a verse or verses mainly from the book of Psalms. Prayer is so important. Let’s study these prayers of King David. Click on the days for the prayers.
